Shipping and Handling Charges

HerbalCeuticals shipping charges are based on your order total prior to tax (if applicable) as noted below:

All shipments will be sent via UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail and delivered to our customers with in 10-14 days of the order date. For shipments sent to Alaska, Hawaii or Internationally, please contact our ordering process center at 1.972.722.9950 for additional charges and delivery details. If HerbalCeuticals product is shipped out of the United States that was originally shipped to a customer in the United States, HerbalCeuticals will not assume responsibility for custom duty charges or regulations for countries outside the United States. For International customers, HerbalCeuticals will not assume responsibility for custom duty charges or regulations for that country.

There are no additional shipping charges for items on back-order, which ship subsequent to your initial shipment.

Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to 20% restocking fee.

Payment Methods

HerbalCeuticals accepts MasterCard, Visa, checks and money orders. We will accept the mentioned methods of payment via telephone, fax, mail or online.

To order by mail or fax:

  1. Click "Fax Order or Check Order" on the product page.

  2. Fill out the order form page completely with the number of products you would like to order.

  3. Before printing the order form, please verify the shipping and handling charges along with the sales tax (if applicable) which will automatically be calculated for you.

  4. If you choose to fax your order form please verify your credit card number and expiration date has been included on the form before faxing to 972.722.9952 (This is a secure phone line and your order forms will only be seen by HerbalCeuticals authorized personnel).

  5. If you choose to order by mail, please include your order form with credit card information or include payment in the form of a money order or check for the full amount including shipping and handling and sales tax (if applicable) and make payable to HerbalCeuticals, LLC and mail to the following:

Please make sure your shipping address is complete. Also, please include your email address and phone number so that our customer service representative can keep you informed of your order status. Orders with incorrect amounts, failure to include shipping and handling charges and/or applicable sales tax will not be processed.

Pricing Policy

HerbalCeuticals reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. All of the HerbalCeuticals products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of shipment of merchandise, except as expressly stated below.

HerbalCeuticals Return Policy

If a product you order arrives damaged or defective we will exchange it at no cost. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return the unused, un-opened portion(s) to us within 30 days from the date of shipment and we will refund the cost of the un-opened product ordered minus the shipping and handling charges  (15.00).
We do not offer returns on opened or used products.

Before returning any products, you must first contact our Customer Service department within the 30-day period from when the product was shipped for a Return Authorization Number. Send your request via email to returns@herbalceuticals.com or call our Customer Service number at 1.866.640.6509 24hrs a day.

Return Procedures

  1. When you contact HerbalCeuticals via email or by phone for your RA # you will also be given the correct return address to ship back your product.

  2. Please include the original packing slip with the unused portion of the product.

  3. Please write the RA # on the return shipping label and on the outside of the box. Also, include your daytime phone number and email address somewhere in the box, preferably on the original packing slip you received from HerbalCeuticals.

  4. The RA number must appear on the shipping label. Returns will not be accepted without an RA number. The RA number is good for one item only and must match the product authorized for return.

  5. Return shipping must be prepaid and must be sent via Express Mail, UPS, Federal Express, or any other delivery service which will provide you with a tracking number to confirm receipt of the merchandise returned.

  6. All returned merchandise must be received within 14 days of the issuance of the RA #. Returned merchandise that arrives after the 14 day period could result complete forfeiture of a refund.

  7. Any item that was originally purchased from other sources other than HerbalCeuticals, i.e. Chiropractors, must be returned directly to that party for return authorization.

We would like our customers to know that they can feel safe shopping online at HerbalCeuticals.com. We use industry standard Secure Socket Layer software (SSL) to encrypt your personal and credit card information before it travels over the Internet during the order and checkout process. HerbalCeuticals also guarantees that your online transaction will be secure, and that your credit information will be protected.

If you still choose not to use your credit card on the Internet you may call our order-processing department at 1.866.640.6509 to take your order over the telephone.

Our goal at HerbalCeuticals is to provide you, our customer, products that will benefit you. We use information from our interactions with you and other customers to help us achieve that goal. Whenever you purchase from our website or from our catalogs we obtain from you the information we need to complete your transaction. This information may include your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. If you make a payment using a credit card, debit card or check, it will also include your account number. We will also obtain information concerning the specific products you purchase from us.

We protect against unauthorized disclosures by limiting access only to those of our employees who need the information to do their jobs. We also inform all our employees about their responsibility to protect our customers' privacy and give them clear procedures for adhering to our own business standards and confidentiality policies.  We require that the information provided be used only for the specifically authorized purpose and that its confidentiality be maintained.

Children

HerbalCeuticals does not sell products for purchase by children. We do sell children's products for purchase by adults.
